Samson Security has an enviable staff retention rate. Zara Richards Managing Director says; ‘’Here at Samson we have a long established policy of taking the time to listen to any of our employee’s welfare issues. We also recognise the importance of the work that our security personnel do and which is regularly performed during unsociable hours, bank holidays etc. This guiding principal enables Samson to retain such loyal, long serving staff members such as Jim Smith and Andy Marsden.
Our ‘Win a VIP evening for two’ competition is also creating quite a stir amongst the staff, albeit aided by their partners who fancy the experience of being Chauffeur driven to a swanky restaurant in Liverpool with Champagne and Chocolates included.’’
