Mobile Alarm Response

The imposing Samson Security patrol and response team consists of a fleet of uniformed officers in security liveried vehicles, who carry out a broad range of high security duties. From fast intruder and key holder response duties to pre-arranged and random site or premises visits.

In constant communication with our response control room, we are able to provide our officers with real-time information, allowing them to work with the emergency services to deal with situations as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Acting as a full service security company, we will be the key holders in the majority of cases and will subsequently have immediate access, where possible, to check the site. In a situation where the client is the key holder, we will still attend in order to act as an escort should it be required. All response vehicles are equipped with CCTV cameras that wirelessly transmit images to ‘The Vaults’ via 3G, additionally our mobile supervisors are kitted out with ‘headcams’ which also transmit images back to our RVRC. This is especially useful when performing response duties in hazardous environments.
