Training & Accreditations

Samson is a fully integrated security & facilities service provider. There are very few national security companies that could hope to offer the vast array of services that we provide, without outsourcing. This is achieved in part by continuously increasing our training and accreditation levels to make sure that we are top of our game when it comes to providing the best and most informed level of service.

We take training very seriously, ensuring that we have the accreditations to match every job that we take on. Thus giving us the confidence to carry every job out to the best of our ability and more importantly, providing clients with an unsurpassed service.

Samson holds the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Gold Award for Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC). We are also a Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved contractor, the organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry. Based on this, we provide all aspects of security personnel, plus patrol and alarm response services to ‘blue chip’ clients throughout the North West and also operate a fully auditable approved high security key holding service.

The quality management system of Samson Security has also been approved by ISOQAR, auditors for quality, environmental, health & safety and information security standards. In the UK, this work is regulated by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service - the sole national accreditation body recognised by government.

We have been approved by ISOQAR to ISO 9001:2008 standards, incorporating the requirements of BS 7958, BS 7499 and BS 7858. Our Remote Video Response Centre has also been built to exceed BS 5979 standards and operates to BS 8418.

We are registered with the Security Sytems Alarm Inspection Board (SSAIB) for the design, installation and corrective maintenance of intruder alarms and requirements in accordance with PD 6662.
